Unable to log in after install

As soon as I put in the key, it says logging in and then it crashes.Keep saying demonbuddy was stopped working.

I checked the forum post, and followed suggestions or uninstaling .net framework and visual C++, and using the helper to re install it. I did the updates and I am still having issues.

add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus for DB

I disabled my firewall and antivirus. Still having same problem
