Unable to enter license key. HB asking for password aswell?!

I just introduced my brother to HB, after a few years using it myself. But after he bought it, he got a mail with the key. But when he enter the key, like shown in a few guides here, HB asks for his password aswell. We've tried his passwords but we get the message "invalide account detailes"

Help us?

Hmm. Are "key" the same as the license we get in the mail when we buy HB?

edit: We were newbies and retards and had ofcourse a space at the end of the key -.-

Okay, now we got it to work. But After a restart we get the message that we can only login with the key 1 time. Now we wonder, what username and password should we use? The one we made here to the forum, or?
