Unable to connect through VPN.

Greets Out. I am unable to connect via OctaneVPN. If I do not use the VPN I am able to connect. Is there any known issues with that VPN? I am more than happy to team viewer it for you. Hawker / Raphus / Tony / Chinajade all have my Skype or you can feel free to PM me.

It does not appear so. It tells me Failed when trying to connect to the auth server. Here is a picture and I added the LOG

Edit: Any chance you can PM me the server URL it is trying to reach. I am in contact with the VPN Support desk, maybe they can help also.

I dont need logs atm.
Just connect through VPN, and send me WinMTR results (to IP 81.30.152.15 and 37.187.165.168)
 
Running WinMTR on both of those IP's provide nothing, the box is literally empty. I checked other IP's /Domains and it worked for google but not thebuddyforums. I am unsure of what that means. I am how ever able to ping and trace both of those IPs you listed.


Edit: Turned off the VPN and still was not able to use WinMTR to display results for thebuddyforum / or the IPs you listed.

Very strange. Your provider block this ips? Or antivirus? Have not another ideas why you cant access them, we havent ip bans, and this IPs was available even from chinese hotels

It is strange, I am unsure if the VPN blocks IPs.. if they did then I wouldnt be able to ping. I will contact the VPN.. my hunch is that it is with them if you do not IP ban. Is there any debug mode I can set the bot into to see what might be happening when it tries to connect?

No. Bot just cant connect to servers. Same as WinMTR cant get traceroute
