Unable to claim routine from Buddy Store

Greetings and salutations;

I received a key from Tuanha for his routines when he migrated all of it over to the buddy store. When I enter the key in the claim process it says invalid key. I have contacted Tuanha via email and he has encouraged me to contact the buddy store support. I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this type of question.

I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
Thank you for your help. I can provide the email correspondence as well as the invalid key through PM if that is what you require. I didn't want to post it publicly.

Hi, Patifer,

Its appropriate to not publish any keys you own. Think of them like credit card numbers.

You will need to contact the Bossland 'front office' ([email protected]) to have the issue looked into. They will tell you the details they need to move forward. Neither the forum mods, nor the Support team have access to the tools needed to rectify this problem.
