I received a key from Tuanha for his routines when he migrated all of it over to the buddy store. When I enter the key in the claim process it says invalid key. I have contacted Tuanha via email and he has encouraged me to contact the buddy store support. I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this type of question.
I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
