Unable to attach to WoW.exe after update...

So im returning to HB. Opened up my folder to update it, and it said it could not connect to the buddy page to update. So i manually updated it. Entered my log in details and i keep getting this message

Before that it told me to Start wow.exe (32) with out using the launcher. I have been using HB on this computer for over a year and a half and have not had a problem untill recently. Can any one help me with this problem? That would be great.

Sorry if this is a noob question, just want to know where to go from here.

for some reason, it is now working. im not sure what was going on, but a little insight on what hapend might be good please? Thank you

and now im getting horrible FPS, really choppy. and itso nly when i run HB... any reason?

try restarting your machine its possible theres something still there hooked to the process that shouldnt be, restarting your pc completely should fix that.
