That is what I receive every time I attempt to login... Any advice?

I ran the game from the WoW.exe rather than the launcher.

I get this error often. Restarting HB a few times fixes it for me.

if you are on dx9 try dx11 and the opposite


also make sure you are running both Hb and WoW as admin
