Unable to access new product key due to loss of email. What do I do?

Hey! I recently tried to log on honorbuddy again, and got the following message:
Code:
You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log witin an username and password, please check your registered email adress to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login.

The thing is, that I no longer have access to the email registered to this account.

Is it possible to have a new key sent to another email?

EDIT: Found the key on the buddyauth website :) All is fine now!
