UltraBall being used in error. CP minimums Ignored

It appears that the setting to use the UltraBall only on a specific CP and above is not working. I have my settings set to 850 for UltraBall and CP Based Strategy for catching Pokemon.
Furthermore, Pokefarmer is trying to catch a Pokemon under my limit of CP 100.
