Ultimate Paladin Healer

I have a few questions:

1. Can this be use right away at level 10? I'm thinking about waiting until I have more healing skills before I use this. What do you suggest?

2. This is my first bot with healing spec. Should I use BgBot or PVP + Squire?

@techz: has been answered a LOT of times, go to ultimatepalahealer.cs and change Arena_wanna_move_to_heal and Arena_wanna_move_to_HoJ to false

Can i ask one more thing please as when i was in the raid (BWD) the other night i was asked to put on Fire Resistance Aura and everytime i did it went back to Concentration Aura is there somewhere i can change this as i had to tell the pug group my wow was bugged and i would need to restart my system to sort it lol

Apart from that i have a low level item and it was top the healing chart lol great work and i love this CC

@nighthly: you can use this at level 10, has been reported, but i have never trye dit with anyhing below 85, still someone said it do a very great job on low level too, also do not use this with bgbot and do not use this with pvp+squire. if you want to use this in pvp use it with lazy raider. that's because of the way HBcore act in pvp with healer that will show pretty easy you are botting, as reported a lot of times :D
@techz: unfortunely this revision has no way to change that, once we will have a gui there will be an option in the gui
 
ok just tried this on the Chimaeron fight and it went mad and just kept healing lol oh well still a FANTASTIC cc keep up the good work lads

Sorry Gildroy no not p3 just at the start went mad i went up to 14k healing doing LoH and blowing everything got up to 18k healing lol and then mana all gone :-( im using R78 i tried a few times but then had to do it myself as it looked bad :-(
 
Weird thing, maybe a bug ? When I put PVE_wanna_judge on false, it stills judge during the fight.

Is it intended ? Did I modify the wrong line ?

My log is full of :

[11:56:52:838] Judging to rec mana: casting Judgement on XXX at distance 14.38 with type Mana at hp 96.33

With the PVE_wanna_judge = false !

I noticed that when it casts Hand of Protection, there's no check whether the player is a melee type DPS. :( It casted HoP on an Enhancement Shaman when I was running Stratholme. I'm level 46.

is this a problem? it checks if its the tank and wont cast it on the tank but whole cares if it casts HoP on a melee? id think they would be happy so they dont die lol

It is a problem, because for instance the DPS person has blown CDs and you HoP them.. well they've used it up already.. might as well take advantage of it. Plus they might get healed up to full or blow a CD to survive, or use a class skill to manage. I'd prefer it if it was done on a caster instead of a melee DPS.
 
you can disable HoP if you want
HoP is a life saver, we use it only if the target is realy low on hp and about to die, better a dps that is living and protected than one that is dead
besides, if that dps has blown a cooldown and cooldown is so much important to him he can cancel the hand of protection by himself.
a dead dps do 0 dps fr all the fight, a melee with Hop just for 8 sec (if he do not cancel it early)
so no i do not think we are going to change this sorry :)
 
I've been using this a lot in heroics with great success. One thing I was wondering is if it would be possible to notice if the blessing of forgotten kings (mini kings) was up so you could do might instead of overwriting it with normal kings and wasting someone's scroll.
 
Have you guys been keeping up with the changes coming in 4.2? Also the boss fights in firelands are interesting to say the least.. have any plans for certain fights yet? Let me know if I can assist you guys in any of this.

Alright just ran into a little issue in 2v2 Gilderoy. I was mana burned down to zero mana so the bot started spamming a stop and rest.. sorry lost the log or I would post. After it started spamming this message it was very difficult to move.. like it would try to stop and drink every step. Sorry so scatterbrained.

You must have been out of combat or something cuz it won't try to rest if you are in combat
 
I have a small suggestion, as I use this CC alot, is there any way you can place a small time gap/offset between when a fight ends and when I sit down to drink? This is a problem because sometimes I end a fight and IMMEDIATELY sit down to drink, this is A. extremely botty looking and B. occasionally it uses two items in succession.
 
I'd really appreciate a function to allow for Main Tank or OT healing. Other than that works great.
 
I have never heard of this???

I was in a raid last night with 2 pally healers and they said ok you beacon the tank in the other group and he will beacon your tank.

I kinda see their point on this one but I could not figure any way to do it with this.


anyone else done this before?
 
Only thing you can do is make the guy they want you to beacon Tank in lazyraider and hope you heal the other guy enough.
Had to do this in BWD aswell myself. I guess an option to pick the beacon target and the main healing target would be cool if possible.
