Ultima - The Ultimate Combat Routine

Hello ! :)

Im trying to made the bot use X-pot of dext ( if available ) before each Trick Attack but i dont rly know how to do any idea ? :s

Hi guys. just wanna check. for most of the combat routine i have to manually face the target for it to work. is it possible for it to still use skills wihtout facing the target?

I do have the option for automatically face target when using action turned on in game.

What bot base are you using for combat?

Doing a forum search for "Auto Face" pulls up this thread which has the answer to your problem. Additionally you should be using the Combat Assist botbase not the ExCombat Assist.

Additionally, if you don't want to take the time to edit the file as described above, you can "fix" the problem in game by starting the CR, then in game, go to Character Config->Target and "unchecking then rechecking" the box titled "Automatically face target when using action.". You'll have to do this every time you start the CR.

ok so this will more than likely sound dumb but.......where do I select the combat routine after the install and SVN update are done?

After logging into the bot with your key, a white box will pop up asking if you want to use Kupo or Ultima.

After logging into the bot, (wait a bit) it should prompt you to select ultima if the class you are on is supported.

that's what I thought would happen with my experience on other bots from here but im not getting that option to pop up when loggin in with my key

I got it I had downloaded the zip then did the svn check out and it doubled a second folder inside.... like I said it was gonna be a stupid question hahahaha

i think the cr still works. But u cant change any of the settings anymore using the combat settings window. So there might be other small things broken in it? Anyone else having these problems since latest update

considering the only thing you could really change was if you had your choco out or not...it's not a huge deal.

Anyone know if/when the cr will be updated for complete customization of abilities and whatnot? also aoe stuff?
 
The routine itself works, stuff in the combat settings/changing jobs without having to restart the bot however seems to be broken though.
 
If settings really matter, the quick fix is to open up UltimaForm.cs in the Settings\Forms folder and delete the following between lines 118-123:

            UltimaDonateBox.Image = UltimaDonateImage;

This would remove the fancy banner. Hope that Endus comes and update this CR soon.
 
I'm using this with a leveling Thaumaturge almost to level 30 and I haven't seen it cast Transpose once when switching from fire to ice... Is there any way to get it to cast this? Or does that start happening at a later level on this routine?

Yes, because it hasn't been updated. You have the same issue the last few pages of posts talk about. The CS works. Above you is a fix if you really need the settings but they are pretty useless.
