Bug:
with a CDR Pylon, Dashing Strike gets spammed and has priority over any other skill when focusing on EP (Don't cast EP / Cast SSS after primary, etc)
Feature:
Probably would only be able to be applied after fixing the above bug buf: If Madstone is equipted or cubed, when using the CDR Pylon, just spam SSS while Spirit is above a specific threshold. Maybe make this configurable.
