Server dependant tbh - do /who and see who's flying around at 2a.m and then you'll know if you've got company or not 
Personally - I use my own profile to switch between Uldum and Twilight Highlands and I use Arelog to randomise the times.

Yea i was look at different threads on this and rotating is best option for my server cause there's no1 putting up herbs e.g azshara veil i havnt seen 1 stack all week. As for mining iv got a bit of compo, so i guess if i have 2 mining/herb (cata) guys rotating i guess that would be best bet to do.
