UISettings Threw an Exception

This has been happening on and off since the update to 5.13 (it was fine in 5.07). This issue sometimes fixes itself for a while before happening again.

I run both WoW and Honorbuddy as administrator in windows mode and I already tried deleting the settings folder. This also happens on a fresh install on a separate folder.

Edit: Nevermind found the issue, my WoW was using DX11
