Is questing bot no longer packaged with HB? I also noticed the version I downloaded is in German, not English...is this because its simply the first version since the Banwave? Or Am I doing something wrong?

The German version NEVER comes with questing. You propably downloaded the wrong version.

Activision Blizzard SAS paid about €670,000 to the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court which prevents the Questing botbase from being sold in Germany.
