your not set to queue for anything, change your bgbuddy settings to queue for a battleground you qualify for.

it worked but random battlegrounds?

2 days i downloaded bg buddy from a thread where a user updated it himself and I was able to q random with it.. I can no longer find the thread... it was the first link on a google search and i have been searching the forums since last night. do you know where such thread is and what happened to it? I am assuming it was bgbuddy dedicated thread

but you need to select random battlegrounds, not just leave them set to none, or it wont queue for anything.
