So I just started making my own profiles today, and honestly its pretty simple. I just figured it out on my own, and hopefully if I am missing something, someone else will add to it, maybe we can make a guide.
1) Find an area that you wish to grind in. The more open, the easier it will be, but really you can create a decent profile just about anywhere with the tools profided by the Ryftomate team.
2) Start up Ryftomate and click "Mesher"
3) Create a "mesh" of the area you are in. Click "Start" on the mesher UI. Check the "Render" button so that your mesh is visible to you. Now pretty much run around in the area that you wish to grind in. You may have to kill mobs to complete your mesh, but it is a good idea to die at least once so that you can create a "Ghost Mesh" to run back to your corpse while botting. Pay careful attention to areas with obstacles such as small rocks, walls, etc... make sure your toon always has a way out of where he might get to by charging a mob, etc...
4) Save your mesh and name it something descriptive such as area and level range it is good for. Now close the Mesher.
5) Click "Profile Creator" to start creating a profile.
6) Make sure to fill in your corresponding mesh name at the bottom
7) Run around the same area you meshed earlier, adding mobs that you would like to kill with the "Add Target" button, and every so often add a waypoint with the "Add Waypoint" button. Your waypoints should always be in an area that contains a mesh.
8) If you add a waypoint or a mob by accident, you can select the waypoint or mob and use the "Remove" buttons to take them off.
9) Save your profile with the same name as you saved your mesh, only it will save as an XML file rather than a MESH file. Make sure to keep them in the same folder.
10) Load up your newly created profile, start the bot, and make sure to watch it for a bit to find any hiccups, stucks, or other bugs / glitches that may occur. Fix as necessary by editing the mesh file in the "Mesher" or the XML file in notepad.
Hope this helps!
