then yeah i clicked the start bot and my 100 prefection lapras and 98 prefection chansey transfered...

I have downloaded the file and unzipped it on my phone, but I am unable to launch it. from what I understand is that I need an apk file of the file ? no idea what that is or how to get it I am trying to download it on my phone ?

I fixed the problem by disabling my VPN. Try that if you're using one

It is perfectly working for me. I think your VPN is not supporting it. I am using TunnelBear VPN. Check this TunnelBear Review.

Mine does same thing and says IDLE on bottom and does nothing.

Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?

I just bought it.

edit: managed to start the bot, but it just stays IDLE.
