Turn in quest issue

bot just do not read turn-in line

made a fresh install and bug has gone

a fresh instal doesend work i have evrytime the bug with desolace quest turning in also made a few times new instal

Can not turn in quest All Becoming Clearer (ID: 14195) because I don't have it in my quest log! (Or do I: False)
Could not create current in quest bot!

it doesend matther if i reinstal it keeps coming i use latest version this happns in desolace.
