Please download and install honorbuddy using installer instead of zip file. (you can download here http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewestInstaller?filter=Honorbuddy) - Using .zip overwrite your existing folder do not work

Then download the .zip file again in my website (I use the same name but content updated)

I've support a few people today via skype today, and ALL the issue come from these 2 simple step, they just don't do these 2 step properly. Not sure if it's your case, at least try do it and let me know.

I had a different thread I opened myself that my HB wasn't working last week. I got it fixed by a mod replying to me and telling me what to do. So I have already done a fresh install of HB to get HB to work without your CR. Plus your website directs me and many other people back to here if they use the free version of your CR. Because there is no download zip or link on your site for the FREE version.

FYI, I used your DK CR yesterday and it loaded up just fine. So it has to be something with the shaman CR itself and not the HB that I have installed already numerous times. So other CR's of yours work but this one has this compile error. Just thought I'd let you know that, to see whats different between this CR and the Death Knight one or any other CR you own and see if the code could help you fix the Shaman one.

It's the shaman public cc. My special pally cc works great, and the dk public works great.

I had to vouch for the guys above me - Just the same error, and same fail at loading the Shammy CR at all!

Tested it on 3 different HB installations, 1 updated and 2 fresh - from zip, and with installer.

Update to the post below:
Yea, updated with SVN to ver 224 too. Still same result as the above ones.
And tested with Honorbuddy v2.5.8113.696.

If you have different version .. who knows, could be better.

still having the same issue as all the others. I am not going to post a log no need in repeating a constant loop of the same thing as all the others. I will gladly pay you 15 bucks for your "special edition" if you will give your word and my money back if the problem continues to exist.

I accidentally posted in the shaman cc page somehow
I followed the steps at the top of the page with a fresh install using the installer
Then downloaded a fresh .zip install off your webpage (which leads to page 1 here)
Tried it and it still didnt come up (all framework is up to date)
Updated the SVN and still wont come up as an option in the CC choice when starting HB, the TuanHA DK does though.
Is this still a problem in progress or am i going wrong?

If HB is crashing on you, the moment you select Tuan CR profile at startup, try this.


"Right click on the .Zip file you downloaded from tuanha.biz. - > Properties -> Unblock

You apparently need to do this before un-zipping the file.."

It worked for me.

Its not crashing, HB works completely fine.

Tried the unblock on one of the .zip i had downloaded it then extracted it fresh onto the routine folder and still not showing when i log in

fresh install trough installer, have installed framework before.
got a fresh copy of this, updated trough SVN and i still get this error.
other CR's seems to load fine without problems

i downloaded it but once installed it dose not give me the option to update the SVN like the other CCs do i did update to the latest SVN


nevermind sorted it like a numpty i dident restart my computer after install

though like many others after a fresh install of honorbuddy and the shaman CC it dose not apper to let me select it also purerotation dose not come up with my shaman eather

HB crash fix when Loading "Special edition" ( some have that problem i see )

Honorbuddy\Routines\TuanHAProfile\Settings

If you do not see the file named "LoginSettingsDoNotShare"
then copy it from 1 of your other "TuanHA profiles"
or open a notepad / Dokument and save as "LoginSettingsDoNotShare.XML" and add it to Settings folder

I don't honestly know if this will be helpful, but here's a log anyway. I installed HB with the installer, then installed the .zip found in the first post of this thread (I couldn't find a link to any free version .zip on your website, it all just goes back to this thread). I updated the SVN, then loaded HB... and it auto-loaded Singular. I like your Paladin and Monk SE quite a bit, but might just try to make another shammy CR work for me.

Resto CR is working fine in arena, does someone have a guide what settings working great in 2s/3s?

tuanha are the settings in "TuanHA Restoration Shaman PvP.xml", the one u used for playing arena?

i have sometimes the problem, that the CR tries to cast a spell but dont choose a target..so the mouse cursor changes and i have to click a party member manualy. sometimes it fixes itself, but sometimes CR stops until i choose a target.
