Ok so here goes,
THIS IS FOR ENHANCEMENT ONLY
I have used this CR for only season 14 and i am currently at 2300 rating in 3v3. I am certain that i will go much much higher when i get a stable team.
My experience in arena is over 2.5k on multiple classes and i can tell you now that this CR is insane if configured correctly. My damage is a BIG DEAL in arena and i am often top, unless i come up against Dks in 3s.
I have recently informed Tuanha to update the profile to use Unleash elements before every Elemental Blast so now enjoy 30% more damage on your damage from EB

This has been implemented so update to the latest version.

MY SETTINGS
Here are my settings that i use and i find that they work great for me. You NEED to use your own movement in arena, it will also help you reach this Combat Routine's max potential if you have a
GOOD KNOWLEDGE of the game and how class mechanics work.
YOU CANT USE THIS CR, PRESS START AND HOPE FOR GLAD, THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
Botbase: Enyo
I disable framelock and click to move as i use my own movement keys for the bot, also framelock sometimes gives me insane screen freezing.

I like to have Wind Shear ms left set at 400, as i have tested and found that 500+ can look a bit suspicious.
I use my own Burst macros, hex macros and trinket macros.
Burst macro:
#showtooltip
/cast Ascendance
/use 14
/use 10
/cast Ancestral Guidance
/cast Elemental Mastery
/cast Blood Fury(Racial)
/cast Stormblast
Will pop Acendance and your trinkets, orc racial, glove tinker if Engineer and also ancestral guidance when you burst
Hex macros:
/cast [target=arena1] Hex
/cast [target=arena2] Hex
/cast [target=arena3] Hex
On seperate keybinds
#showtooltip
/cast Ancestral Swiftness
/cast [target=focus] Hex
Will cast Ancestral Hex and will also hex your Focus, great for the start of games so you can get good momentum over the enemy team
I have also set my focus 1,2,3 attached to my Stormstrike, macro is:
#showtooltip
/startattack
/focus arena2
/cast Stormstrike
I find this macro combats the problem with losing your focus when a player goes in stealth, just change to 1,2 or 3 before the arena starts. Also with the startattack part of the macro if you run in, hit this macro when you start the game, your bot will start its rotation and open with stormstrike.

Ancestral Guidance - i like to use with ascendance on my burst macro.
Shamanistic Rage - You should be controlling your defensives yourself, Sham rage should be used to mitigate incoming damage at high hp, if you use Sham rage when you are low on health then it is wasted
Totemic Projection - I never use Totemic Projection ever.
Cap totem - I like to use cap totem on healers out of traps etc so i do this manually.
Healing Tide totem - Will use this manually at my healers request, i found that if the bot uses it sometimes it is wasted
Tremor Totem - I will only Tremor my healer as healers can dispel the rest of us but not themselves. The only exception is that i know we are going to get a kill and i get a warrior fear.

Feral Spirit - Whilst watching tons and tons of streams from Vanguards and Diablous you will see that they will pop feral spirts asap
Healing friend and myself boxes - I have these un ticked as i have 3 macros for my partners to heal....
#showtooltip
/cast [target=partymembernamehere] Healing Surge
that was this will help you set up your cross cc better, e.g, facing lsd, my priest wants to fear the resto druid so i will mw5 stack hex the ele shaman so he cant tremor the druid out of fear. If you was to have the healing enabled you might lose the mw5 proc because the bot will heal instead when your priest goes to fear.
TIPS
If you go to your honorbuddy>Routines>TuanHAShamanSpecialEdition>Settings folder.
Find the file that has your shaman's name in it (TuanHA-Shaman-Settings-20130906-charnamehere)>right click>Open With>Notepad
You can actually turn alot of the spells off by changing it from >TRUE< to >FALSE<, I would recommend doing this for Ancestral Swiftness.

TALENTS
Tier 1, Nature's Guardian - Nature's Guardian (NG) is the best in the first tier at the moment in my opinion, Stone Bulwark is not bad but due to the fact that the totem can be destroyed and also the effect can be purged it is not very veliable damage absorbs. NG has saved me countless times against RMD with the hard openers. Get the addon ExtraCD to show you the Cooldown of NG and a good idea is to communicate with your healer to let them know if you have it or not. (you dont want to be overlapping NG and Guardian Spirit).
Tier 2, Windwalk Totem - I usually run with WW totem because my favourite comp (beastcleave) often has many roots that can DR the effect on Earthgrab (Narrow escape talent, Void Tendrils). Against most teams you, or your team mates will be rooted in place and will need your freedom to keep them offensive. Luckily for you, the option for this is in the CR!
Tier 3, Call of the Elements - No brainer for Enhancement, this is hands down the best option, having 2x tremor, 2x cap totem and 2x Grounding is just insane. Usually against hunters teams running with a warrior i will tremor a wyvern sting if it goes on my healer and then reset my totems ready for the intimidation Shout.
Tier 4, Ancestral Swiftness - Great 10% passive haste bonus for melee, also when used with Hex is perfect instant CC at the start of games to get you some pressure.
Tier 5, Ancestral Guidance - Heals your whole team for 40% of the damage you deal, I use this with Ascendance for its max potential healing. Will also keep your team offensive in burst windows.
Tier 6, Elemental Blast - This is 100 % highest damaging ability, making sure you have Unleash Flame buff up from Unleash Elements will give you +30% dmg to your ele blast. 100k+ crits are insane.
GLYPHS
Glyphs are extremely situational, most of the time i like to play offensive glyphs, this being Glyph of Lightning Shield, Glyph of Purge and Glyph of Hex. But when facing up against Rogue/mage/healer i will change this to defensive glyphs, Lightning Shield, Healing Storm and Shamanistic Rage.
GENERAL GAMEPLAY
You need to get to know your oponents, know class mechanics and you will excell with this Routine.
Against Rogue/Mage setups
Be ready to take a hard beating in the opener because often they will open you, get a Magma Totem down and drop a healing rain on yourself. If the rogue uses shadow dance or the mage uses orb your should shamanistic Rage instantly. Frozen Orb and dance are 1 minute cooldowns so your shamanistic rage will be back for it every time. Another great tip on the opener is use your Ancestral Swiftness to hex the mage, even though you will be killing the mage, any sort of cc to stop their opener is crucial. Save your trinket for Smoke Bomb.
Against any Hunter cleave
If your oponents are good they will silence you when they go for a trap. my advise is communicate with your healer and be ready to eat traps if you cant grounding them. Often with your first CC on the healer you should drop your Stormlash and get your damaging going on the hunter. If the hunter uses Roar of Sacrifice wait it out, let the effect fall off, then hit your ascendance. You will either one shot the hunter or force an early deterance/ trinket. After that it is just a case of keeping agressive and stopping traps.
Thanks for reading and i will add to this when i have more time, sorry if there are a few typos.
