I have a problemm it does't start for my Elemental Shaman.
Here's what it says in the log, on the loop:

You need to wait for build for WoD.
There are betas for hunter paly and druid atm as I saw.

Shaman is ready for Warlords of Draenor patch.
Currently only Restoration is supported but healing logic is really nice and fast.
Please google my website and download it right on the front page.
I'm working on Monk Mistweaver now, I hope it will be ready within 1 days.
Thank you for your support and sorry for the slow update all Combat Routines for Warlords of Draenor. I hope all CRs will be ready by Oct 27 as scheduled.
Please be advised that at the moment, ALL TuanHA's Free and Paid Combat Routines do not work in Warlords of Draenor, only the BETA with download link on my front page.

I just get this over and over when trying to use it. Doesn't seem to work at all.
If you read his post the page prior to this one, you'd know you have to download a seperate version directly from his site, and not via honorbuddy client/store.
Anyone else have issues with the bot reacting very slow?
Tank can start taking damage and his HP just keeps dropping, and the bot doesn't cast a thing for ~5 seconds or so and then tries to play catch up.
Can't quite place it, but everything just seems so much slower as far as reaction. Might just be a HB thing and not Tuanha.

I'm also having the same issue. At that point I'm manual casting.

I was using Singular the last couple days before Tuanha released his beta, and it seems to have been doing it then as well.
I think it might just be a HB thing, being beta and all. Hopefully it all gets ironed out, but it makes even doing simple 5-mans difficult. Raiding is okay since other healers can cover it up.
And where can i download it ? i got it via store.
