TuanHA Shadow Priest​

This is only a very basic Combat Routine but it's amazing on one thing: Perfect Rotation. I test for 15 min on dummy and all the debuff up time is 100%. This is the hardest part of a good Shadow Priest dps.

The combat routine also have a intelligent use off spell like Halo (you can switch on/off with hotkey Ctrl + H) or fade...

There are many missing feature like movement, cool down manager... but at least it help you claim the top chart on dps recount.

PS: Don't expect too much, this is just only a simple CR focus on DPS as I'm trying to fill in the blank spot in the priest forum.

I don't have plan to switch my main to Priest and to be honest, I don't have skill to play this class in order to make a good Combat Routine.

Installation guide:
1. Download attachment to folder Honobuddy\Routines\TuanHAShadowPriest
2. Download and install Tortoisesvn tortoisesvn.tigris.org for automate update.
3. Upon installing Tortoisesvn, you can Right Click => SVN Update to get the lastest revision update. It's the public reposity, no username and password required.
4. Make sure Folder Structure is Honorbuddy\Routines\TuanHAShadowPriest (wrong folder structure: Honorbuddy\Routines\ or Honorbuddy\Routines\TuanHAShadowPriest\TuanHAShadowPriest will CRASH the combat routine)

Bot will use Desperate Prayer when your health drops below set value

You can set the Minimum and max range you need to be from your TARGET in order for the bot to use Halo here.

Default should work fine, but if you are experiencing problems with mind flay, Change this value to the value of your in game mind flay tool tip. Hint: setting it slightly lower is good.

Edit this value to tell the bot when it should start to channel the next mind sear, set to "0" for no clipping.

Never: set it as this to use Power infusion manually.
On cooldown: Set it to this to use power infusion on cooldown everytime.
On cooldown (boss only): Set it to this to use power infusion on cooldown on boss's only - Power infusion will only be used on boss.
With insanity: Set it to this to use Power infusion with your insanity combo
With insanity (boss only): Set it to this to use Power infusion with you insanity combo but only on boss's

Changing this value will change the time when the bot will begin to prioritize refreshing this dot.

Bot will use VE when your Health drops below set value (set to "0" to use manually)

[X] Use dot on all target - This enables/disables this use of all AOE
Use aoe heavy rotation on units: This option allows you to change the amount of hostile targets the bot requires to have in range to switch to heavy AOE rotation.

Checking this will allow the bot to use its Shadow orb generators during Insanity. (Mindblast procs and Shadow Word: Death)

The explanation is a great idea. I regret that I forgot to reserve space for future updates. What is the size limit on the first post?

I know this may seem like a petty request, but would it be possible for you two to code the most optimal (best DPS, overall) settings as the default values? This would require that you guys try out the routine with several various options, and then choose the best settings that will net any user the best DPS overall.

I know each situation is different and will require different settings, which is why I'm asking for a "General" blanket setup.

Best setup overall would be talents: 1/1/3/1/3/3

Everything default in the gui except turn use orb generators on.
 
Any particular glyph preferences to match the 1/1/3/1/3/3 talents? I'm just trying to Min/Max my DPS while I'm gearing my spriest. She's 460 ilvl right now and slowly climbing.

I run with Dark binding, Mind spike and Mind flay glyphs
 
Yeah, that's what I'm running with. I also had the same build that you linked. My ilvl is 460 and I'm getting roughly 37-43k dps. Does that sound low, or spot on, for what I've got? I'll give you my anonymous armory link. I know my gear isn't exactly the best, but it's all 450's and 463's.

The dps looks pretty good for your gears, Shadow priests are pretty gear dependent. You will notice a pretty good dps increase when you break the haste cap.
 
Hi

My priest ( IL 488 ) is Haste breakpoint 1 with Hit cap 15% Talents 113323 doing with the this profile after updated doing on 10 million damage done 61k DPS as burst no potions no flask no raid buff on hc dummy 1 target . was doing 46-50k during the dps time up to 10 million damage done .
I hope this help you guys
 
heya I did change my talents like 1-1-3-2-3-3 doing better damage burst and better damage in 10 milion 54K dps is it good for Priest IL 488 I don't know myself anyone know ?
