It is no fault of your own.
TuanHa's settings for TimeToDie Checks are to strict for PVE and applying Rupture. It will work in raid settings where mobs have 500-600k+ life, but anything with less than that isnt ruptured for some reason.
I've detailed this to TuanHa before, and he seems to have skipped over it, or just doesn't have time to add a removal option for timetodiechecks into his options interface.
But since its being brought up by someone else, ill go ahead and quote my previous post and hope that it gets dealt with...
EDIT: Also, im noticing it more and more that the cr randomly just starts auto attacking the target instead of using abilities. I'll post a log in this thread detailing that soon enough. Was trying to run proving grounds, and it cant even pass bronze 4th round because it wont apply rupture, or switch to aoe.
This is the log as promised. Keeps attempting to cast abilities, and is failing for some reason. As you can see, Kidney Shot attempts to fire at 5cp, and the next couple logs state its still at 5cp with no Kidney Shot executed. Also, i have settings set to burst after 99% hp on anything, and most abilities are set to activate on burst, which it isn't using Shadow Dance, Shadow Reflection, Vanish, or any other skill set to activate on burst. I usually have to manually cast Shadow Dance and Shadow Reflection and Vanish and any other burst skills to get them to work properly with the rotation. Which is kind of okay, seeing as how i can do it better as far as timing, but still a pain for anyone who doesn't necessarily know when the skill should be fired off.
