So, i feel its necessary to fix what i was talking about when it comes to the CR.
The issue seems to be that when doing TimeToDie checks, the CR is taking way to long for the check to complete, leading to you never placing the dot, unless the mob has over 600-700k life.
Meaning that it will only use Rupture if there is Burst active and SR gets popped, or if you are in a raid and the mobs have huge amounts of HP.
In pvp, it is not working because most people dont have 600-700k life in a random BG or Ashran match, and if you set the burst to go at 100% life, it doesn't even use SR until AFTER the dot is already popped and you are at 0CP, which is a HUGE drop in DPS.
Future versions need to leave that field editable, so you can either ignore the TTD or significantly reduce it. Also, with the constant fluctuating DPS for a rogue, [/b]TTD isn't really an optimal settings to use for placing DoTs[/b] because majority of the time, you burst right away and do huge dmg, then it falls off for quite a while, then burst again. If the TTD is doing checks during burst, its going to think that at the rate it is going, the mob/char will die way sooner than they actually would. Also, im guessing there is a setting that ignores the TTD check and removes Rupture if the mob had less than 600-700k life, because while fighting some quest mobs with approx 550-600k life which took a good 25-30 seconds to kill, Rupture was never applied. Which kind of makes sense, in that a full 5cp rupture lasts 24 seconds, and it would "be a waste" to miss 1 single tick of rupture after they die...? Just confusing how your TTD checks are going...
But, there is still the issue of movement. Even in raids/instances the auto movement / set focus / move behind is still quite broken. It uses Ambush to force move behind instead of actually rotating the char to be on the back or the side of the mobs, and this only works when Shadow Dance is popped. Doing Skyreach yesterday with Sub spec and optimal settings for raid, a full run only netted me ~280k damage, with a damage leader out damaging me by over 600-700k. Note that i was about 25 ilvl below him, but that doesn't equate to approx 600-700k damage differences.
Just... Highly concerned about sub spec from this CR...
