Your settings are the same as mine then, except I don't kidkney shot in PvE. I wonder if your routine is wasting 5 CP on the boss every so often when it can't stun him anyway. I also use all my pots / cooldowns manually.
I pulled 34k on Gruul the other night @ 672 ilvl (Apparently warcraftlogs counts your inbag ilvl? Guaranteed I was 672 ilvl because i got 3 upgrades last night, and im only 675 now. Gyazo - a60397f21875a67170ac01792a621887.png )

Dont forget the night elf thingy shadowmeld-stealth ambush tuahna if possible for more uptime of the find weakness
I have experienced similar results if I wasn't correctly spec'd with what was in the setting menu. Or if I changed my spec after HB was already launched.

Combat could use better vanish 'burst' settings. It tends to use it on the third SS (so, right before an upgrade of guile) which is a 10% dps loss to the ambush.
The bot isn't using Pick Pocket very well. I have tried the Questing and Full AFK pre-sets you have, and I have tried a modified one of my own and it will do it occasionally...but not everytime like I would like; making farming pretty Dingy Coins impossible.
I just did a start and stop with 4 kills to show the problem. It "Picked" the first NPC, and then the other 3 were not. All of these mobs have pockets.

Nope, still doesn't work. Everything works great as long as i turn off "stealth".

Just did a full 7/7 highmaul clear, worked fine everytime, including using vanish offensively. You have a setting messed up somewhere.

Man i have no idea, I just installed it for the first time.. clicked Quest setting and am running the default questing base that comes with honor. Everything but this one thing is working, so i have no idea what could be causing this one thing to mess up. Driving me nuts. If i figure it out I will post case anyone else is having the issue.

Any other plugins installed? I would double check your settings after hitting start, I had issues when selecting "Quest" "raid" "pvp" etc as default settings when using this routine originally. Settings were getting over-ridden etc, made a custom settings save and it's been fine since.
These CR's are good but leave a lot to be desired. Especially the CD usage. Could you allow us to set when in our Insight Eviserate, Killing Spree and Adrenaline Rush get used? There is NO reason to use KS without at least Moderate Insight and AR at anything less than Deep Insight.

There is already built in insight + evis usage if you have the anticipation talent, which you should with our recent tier set bonuses.
As for CDs, not only are you wrong about only using them during those times (You can usually get 20-30 seconds off of your killing spree inbetween insights, and around 1.2` minutes during AR, even more if you get lucky 4 set procs. I've been able to use AR, and completely reset it before it finished at one point. So saving them for 10% more damage =\= 30~ seconds more cooldown. not worth. Its only worth it saving an insight tier if you just dumped all of your CP somehow (which is usually after a red insight anyway) you can build up to green guile without using any CP, thus you won't lose out on any CD time but still gain +10% dmg) you should never let them run on autopilot due to fight mechanics for optimal dps. CDs are the one thing you shouldn't let a routine do, as it cannot predict.
tl;dr - spec into anticipation, it will use your combo points optimally with guile. Use your CDs on cooldown unless a fight mechanic will leave you unable to dps mid AR, or killing spree will get you killed.
edit- im pve oriented, but from the bit of pvp i did do (2.1k rating this season after roughly 40 games) my above point still stands, you dont want to blow your burst randomly. Need to coordinate with your partner(s), CDs shouldnt run on auto pilot. Maybe a guile checker for finishers would be good in pvp since you run MFD more than anticipation. im not sure. I dont pvp as much to feel confident fighting on its behalf.
