Tuanha rogue CR .. ??

So I recently returned to WoW and hb... just bought Tuanha rogue combat routine ... however hb just starts up in singular every time? how do I make it use tuanha? .

Hi again, Myth85x, and thanks for the log.

The log does not show the routine being streamed from the Buddy Store. Let's do this:

• Make certain the streaming for this routine is turned on in the Buddy Store:
  
  How to enable streaming of Buddy Store products​
  
  
• Clear your caches as described in this article:
  
  Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache corruption problems​
  
  
• Reboot your machine

If no joy, please show us a fresh log after doing these things.

Thanks for the fresh log, and very sorry that didn't repair it.

Are you certain the Honorbuddy session key you're using to produce this log is on the same Buddy Auth account that you used to purchase the TuanHA routine?

If you are on the correct account, then the Bossland GmbH 'front office' will need to solve this problem for you. The forum staff do not have access to the user account information, or the tools, to further help in this matter. The front office can take up to 48 hours to respond to your email, and they do not work the weekends.

Yeah I am sure, some of the other plugins etc seem to be streaming. I have not used HB or WoW in many months... I will contact Bossland GmbH 'front office' and link them to this thread... however I hope it doesnt take too long to resolve as I'd obviously like to refund while I still can if it's not going to work. Cheers.
