That is a good question. I am going to be curious how many people just pack up shop and walk on this one. The last one nailed about half the dev community.. this one isn't going to help. I am curious to see what effect this has on the hb dev community as a whole. HB is going to suffer a lot if it loses its dev community.

agreed. I think it was bad devs started letting it slide because now when they enforce this 'new' (or not?) rule, some devs will quit

Losing what little we have of a dev community at this point is going to hurt alot. This bot needs its developers. I just hope they make the right decision and ask the community what plugins they think are a scam and what other ones they like. Imo, they should make a poll per plugin and let the community have its say. This would prevent a lot of the complaining and the community actually gets to choose which ones to keep and which ones to go. This benefits the community the most I think. It is some work.. but when you want something to work well.. it always requires some work =)

In my humble opinion... with WoW dying at the rate it is.. and the attrition of people playing.. 3rd party paid devs are not a bad decisions. I still like the Paid Section of a forum idea. Keep it separate and lets see what people produce. I honestly think this would benefit the community the most. They would have their free area and their paid area. No double dipping if you were. I also think we would see some people whip out their shit that they have been hoarding which could vastly improve the community. I have stuff that I am not sharing due tot he fact it is just to powerful for the common user and well fuck it... I want to get paid for all my work on this stuff. I have cool shit like modified PB code, bot tracking software, node tracking, PVP Gatherbuddy, etc... All stuff that is under my hood for myself. Essentially what I am saying is that if you bot on Ruin Battlegroup.. I know who you are =)

I really agree with that? what is bad about getting something back for working? money is a very valuable thing to say thanks with imo

A good warlock PvP cc is definitely needed, warlocks are always looked over

So here we have a small update/reminder for our rules
As you already know advertisements are not allowed on our forums or within your stuff like a pop up note or in Hb log

Till now people that offered a free version of their plugin,profile or a combat routine or whatever were allowed to offer an
advanced version of their stuff as a "donators" version and we were "ok" with that.

But looks like the free stuff is(most of the time) outdated and barely working and the donation part turned out to direct advertising and direct sales and its something we dont like for our users



So from now that kind of stuff is no allowed on our boards and the 3rd party devs got 24 hours to backup their stuff before we remove it.
Ofc you are always welcome to keep your free stuff up

There is one problem tho, whenever I use the CC with LazyRaider I get a really choppy framfrate and the ingame internet connection drops to below 1mb ( I have a 30/30 mb line).. Maybe you know whats causing this?

wouldn't a good compromise be if your free version delivers what it promises then you can advertise your main package, i mean this package the free version for me does exactly what it says on the tin and i for one as a user of honorbuddy do not see a problem with there being a bought version available. if the free version falls into decline and doesn't work then surely the mods can remove the advertisement for the paid version. i believe this option would be great for the free and paid versions because it gives the devs the incentive to keep the free package upto date and running so that they can freely advertise the paid version.

since i have been messing around with the special edition for a while now, gotta say it pwns and heals like a bawsz. a few guildies actually asked me why im so good at healing haha, i just explained to them what the bot does. one of the best purchases ive made recently . (apart from my impulse buys i dont even have any use for lol. )

In normal duels everithing is okey. What is it? and how I can resolve it.

No, HB just don't want developer advertise the Special Version on the forum, they don't forbid user using it or force developer share it to all, that the new rule.

I was having System.AccessViolationException issues as well and I think I fixed my problem. I use windows 8 64bit and have dx9 selected in game. I'd forgotten that windows 8 has built-in virus protection with windows defender. I added the HB directories and wow directories (not sure the wow directory is needed, though) to the "Excluded files and locations" settings as well as the HB.exe in "excluded processes". So far I haven't seen anymore errors after running a few test dummy runs.

can you add in an option to select what seal we are using, im a prot pally and for some fight i would like to change it to seal of truth, but it jus keeps going back to seal of insight no matter how many times i change it. thanks! this cc is awesome as well as the monk one! got the "special edition"

From the FAQ:
Combat Routine act strange, it do not cast spell that suppose to. How do i fix it?
Combat Routine need to read your memory to find the best spell to cast at the right time. If it cannot ready memory properly, it will act strange.

How do I know Combat Routine read memory correctly?
If you see a lot of error message like this, that mean Combat Routine can't read memory.

How do I fix that issue?
Run Honorbuddy as Administrator. Also check anti-virus program, some program just protect memory and cause error.
