unclicking the auto target doesn't work as brewmaster, tried this today to tank first boss in the vault, still keeps taunting the add i have when im trying to do the boss switch :/

This^, is there anyway to add an option to competely disable targeting? Yes i have the auto target thing disabled but its still switching around targets while tanking. Its a huge problem on fights where you have another tank IE guard fight in new raid, also when your doing dungeons and the boss has like 5% hp left and you keep switching to adds and dpsing them down instead of just targeting boss and killing that.

Couple of things I noticed while testing Mistweaver that I would personally change. I noticed the CC is constantly healing, even while the group stands still and does nothing (no mobs, no aggro, no threat, just standing around talking). I was asked why I was healing when everyone was full health and no one was fighting anything. I just said I was bored and was practicing.

The second thing was the Jade statue used for healing is dropped while running to a fight, from another fight. This ties in with the constant healing, even while traveling and such. I think that it should heal while fighting, and topping people off while out of combat. Once everyone is full health, it should stop healing. Also, I think the jade statue should be dropped during a fight where it would be needed, such as heavy damage fights with lots of adds, or a boss, and not on every CD (this is just an opinion since I don't know much at all about mistweaver). I find that, for instance, running through Culling of Stratholme on regular or heroic with the CC healing nonstop it will drop the jade statue while running between waves due to the small skeletons that never stop spawning. So, that means that the jade statue could drop 50+ yds away and a big fight could be going on where it's needed but on CD.

Third thing has already been mentioned about the target facing. I left everything set up as you suggested, but I found that my toon was spinning around to face behind me, or off to the side, or wherever someone needed healing, which caused me to run in all sorts of odd directions. I run with my arrow keys and ASDW (and sometimes the mouse if I have to use the num keys for my hotbars) and with the auto facing, that causes some difficulties staying on course, lol.

Fourth thing, again was already mentioned, and that's with the interrupts. They're way fast. I noticed that the target was only getting about 1/10th of their spell cast before it was being interrupted. When I interrupt by hand the target is usually 50% finished casting, give or take 25% depending on how fast or slow I am.

I used mana save mode and never went below 11k mana (I'm wearing 3/4 Int-Spi gear, and 1/4 Agi gear still, and I'm level 80), so I never got to see the stance dance to build chi to heal, which is awesome to save up the mana like that and keep everyone up and running. I also never got to see the spin kick and rushing jade wind. The only attacks I ever saw it use were Blackout kick, jab, and auto attack. It may have used other attacks, but I couldn't pick them out that well due to so much going on.

All in all, I would give this 4/5 stars. It's really, really good at healing. It's also extremely good at tanking. I try not to DPS because the queues run 35+ minutes to get a dungeon, and I don't have the patience for the wait. Healing is even starting to take about 8+ minutes to queue up. Tanks, on the other hand, are still practically insta-queue**.

Keep up the good work, sir. This is really turning out well. It does a fantastic job as of right now.

** - I can understand why though because the DPS people just lack brains enough to know that they're not tanks, and don't need to run ahead of the tank pulling anything they can. I've forcefully wiped my group numerous times due to DPS trying to mass pull, or run ahead of me. When questioned, I simply say, "I thought I was DPSing because all our DPS was trying to tank. So, I thought we switched roles." That does one of two things: Gets me kicked or calms the DPS down and forces them to play their role.

This is intended and I think it is one of the two best improvement along side with the stance dance and they are unique to Monk Mistweaver.

When you have full mana and nothing to do, the bot will keep heal and consume chi to get mana tea. This is just awesome in a raid where mana is a crucial element, if you start a raid with 20 stack of mana tea, your actual mana is not 300k (level 90) but 300k + 240k (from mana tea) = 540k mana.

Just a simple fact: all healer have 300k mana, you have 540k mana, you WIN.

Well, basically you just said a too good bot is bad :P... let me a few day to think and tuned it down to human level.

I'm enjoying the CC. The input I give is positive feedback, and hopefully helpful. These are just some things I noticed that I wouldn't normally do, but as you said, monk is different from all the other healers. You've done more research than I have, I know. I just hope that my testing and feedback helps you improve it that much more. :)

I completely disagree as if you have a focus target set to the boss with mouse over macro for interput, your just as fast as the bot, if not faster. As for the mana tea stacking and healing when people are on full, you are the only other mistweave other than myself I've seen who does this, DO NOT CHANGE A THING. this is literally the key difference between a good monk and a rubbish monk!

Can't wait to compare your CC to my actual healing ^^

You need another tester? Level 90 monk here, ivl 370.

a ilevel 370 monk obviously is an immense tip and trick source, can I have your skypeid for feature development please. My skypeid is tuanha2000vn, please add.

im off to bed for the night now mate but i'll be on all day tomorrow :) have PMd' you my skype id.

Which of these works for PvP? Mistweaver or Windwalker!!?

They both work for pvp, mistweaver is in development while windwalker is already supported to level 90.... so if you have a 90 monk who heals, pm tuanha im sure he'll be greatful for more feedback.

Having a few problems as a Brewmaster. It keeps switching my targets, even though i unclicked AUto-Target on LazyRaid and on CC config, keeps targeting adds and sometimes thats rly bad, would be nice if that was fixed, especially for raids..
And sometimes it makes me instantly select GREED when things drop, I dont even see the option to click need/greed/pass, it justs selects greed for me instantly, and thats also annoying.
But GREAT JOB! Awesome CC man, cant w8 to try the healer!

Hello, sry for my bad englisch, but first, the problem with the "select GREED" is an config in your AutoEquip Plugin, I think!

@TuanHa Your CC is amazing, i loved, i cant wait of the Mistweaver Part!
I have an 31 Heal Monk and wont testing your cc in this specc :)

I hope the update coming soon!

Lg

Just tried 2x hc's where i put lazyraider on my mistweaver and just tanked on my pala, it's really doing an awesome job on the healing, never went below 50% mana no matter how high dmg I/the grp took, the only problem i saw (since i wasn't really watching from the monk's PoV) is that the bot needs some avoidance from shit on the ground and stuff like that :D but doubt that will ever happen...

But 2 thumbs WAAAY UP for the mistweaver CC!! :D .. will test more tonight when i'm healing my friend and might do some raiding...

It is intended for use with LazyRaider. Afk is not supported.

Though I'm not sure if he tends to release it with bgbuddy support

The OpenBeta will not include any movement code what-so-ever. This is being designed around LazyRaider, so that we can have reliable feedback from users who are attending there bot. There will be a more advanced version for donors but the exact features aren't set in stone yet.

Beta should be released shortly.

Will this CC support tanking in Dungeonbuddy soon/ in the future?
I really love it :)
