My intension was not to be rude but to invoke your own abilities, I apologies if you took this as a personal attack.
As for where to edit you need to open the .cs file in the cc's folder with notepad2 or some sort of editing program.
Right. I can understand that. My MW set is roughly around 460-464 and my WW/BM set is roughly around 463-467. I don't remember exactly what they were. I don't feel as though I'm pooling energy all the time, or even sometimes. If anything I feel like I'm waiting to regen energy to do anything at some points. Overall, I feel as though I'm in a sweet spot. I'm never energy capped, nor starved for the most part.Sortakindamaybeno. It is gear dependent. There is a point where too much energy regen is a waste. I am personally using Power Strikes atm.

This is with all default quick settings and using the build and glyphs on the first post.

Non-Special Edition Version:
Open THWindwalker.cs
find:
replace withCode:(!SpellManager.HasSpell("Blackout Kick") || !Me.HasAura("Tiger Power") || Me.HasAura("Tiger Power") && Me.GetAuraByName("Tiger Power").StackCount < 3 || Me.HasAura("Tiger Power") && Me.GetAuraByName("Tiger Power").TimeLeft.TotalSeconds < 10 && Me.CurrentTarget.CurrentHealth < Me.MaxHealth/4 || Me.HasAura("Tiger Power") && Me.GetAuraByName("Tiger Power").TimeLeft.TotalSeconds < 5) && (Me.CurrentChi >= 1 || Me.HasAura("Combo Breaker: Tiger Palm")) &&
Code:(!Me.HasAura("Tiger Power") && Me.CurrentChi >= 1) || Me.HasAura("Combo Breaker: Tiger Palm") &&
There will be a big update to the public version in a few days.
I still haven't figured out how to make it not whip my character around with LazyRaider. Not sure if it's a LazyRaider problem or a cc problem.
For example, while I'm using it, and I try to move around to the back of a target, the character will do a little loop, trying to face back towards the npc I'm beating on, making it difficult for me to control it when I need to move. This could be a real problem if I used this in a real raid. Is there a way where I can get it to totally ignore direction I'm facing and not move like that?
I hope you understand what I mean! A bit hard to explain.
-Bot Config- Check raidbot Like. Disables all movement type stuff. you'll have to manually face the mob.

Bah, it still whips me around to face the target even though I just checked that. I guess that's just the way it is or something. If I face away from the target ir turns back around. Basically, I can't keep something targeted and walk away from it. =/ I have to untarget it if I want to move away from it.
I'm not sure if this issue has been addressed yet, but when I run the latest version of the donation edition of this CC, when I play MW and fistweave, the bot will continuously try to use tiger palm when I have 1 or more Chi, so it is obviously still under the impression 3 stacks are needed (when it cannot in fact stack higher than 1 now, obviously)

\Log please. Fistweaving was updated last night and I didn't have any issues tonight.I'm not sure if this issue has been addressed yet, but when I run the latest version of the donation edition of this CC, when I play MW and fistweave, the bot will continuously try to use tiger palm when I have 1 or more Chi, so it is obviously still under the impression 3 stacks are needed (when it cannot in fact stack higher than 1 now, obviously)
Log attached. It seems to not repeatedly cast tiger palm as I stated earlier, it will cast it about 4 times before it realises I have the buff, then continue as normal.\Log please. Fistweaving was updated last night and I didn't have any issues tonight.
