Hi guys,

I'm seriously need help with MistWeaver.

No matter what I do with advanced code imported from all other heal CR, the healing performance is horrible compare to other class. (for the record, I optimized Druid and Paladin and they pass endless 20 wave without issue, this Monk can't event pass wave 7 on Gold Mode)

Seriously, Blizzard need to do something with monk heal soon, it's the worst of any class on single target healing right now. (On raid, BG... anything more than 10 man it doing well, but 5 man group it's really suck)

Any tips and advice are welcome.

It can be good though. A guildie of mine is doing Challenge Modes on his Mistweaver. So, he must be doing something right. All i got from him was, that for 5 mans etc, its better to get Crit than Multistrike. You know - stats wise.

I still too afraid to start MW'ing, so i havent tested it out.

i'm playing mistweaver since the beginning of pandaria, we are not as good as the other healers especially in the aoe situation.
I dont know if it's just me but i think uplift it's really really useless compared to all the other aoe healing (spammable btw), and that's why i'm not using it at all in 5 man i think it's way better to heal ppl up with surging mist and enveloping even if it's slower.
I cleared a challenge mode (not gold just bronze) but believe me it's a damn pain heal through it with a mistweaver monk atm.
Maybe in raid with Pool of mist and uplift things will get better since uplift will get more benefit from the number of ppl but for now it's a complete waste of chi

It can´t be true that MW´s are this bad...

atm you can leave this NearStance complete out of the routine because its completly useless..
SingleTargetHeal is as it was said before online possible by surging mist and enveloping and if someone drops hard an Cocon
MultiTarget Heal is afterall still this Whirl thing (sorry without WoW Interface i really dont know how to translate the names ;P)
and if group drops hard the CD do after all an half good job to save the group.

Its going to focus PvE then PvP as far as i know

For a more or less good aoe the breath of the serpent talent for the statue help alot but the statue must be placed correctly since the breath will be sticked towards the monk as he moves

its not that essential to place it correctly on the first try as it got only an 10 second cd also the breath is not really the best 100er Talent in my opinion

what do you prefere? the renewing mist one it's a waste since you wont use all the 3 charges with 5 ppl, it will only become a chi builder and it can be good but i find the statue a little bit better (personal preference ofc)
Chi explosion costs too many chi and we doesnt have the chi regeneration that we had in pandaria so i dont like it
For me the only one that i think fit better is the statue for 5 man healing ^^

does anyone know, if i save my settings: are also the "dungeon", "raid", "quest" logic also saved? can i switch between 2 xml settings without clicking on the "dungeon" or "raid" button everytime?

No it save your Current Settings to folder Setting\TuanHA-Monk-Settings-20131210-[yourcharname].xml - Next time you start HB it will load that setting.

Dungeon/Raid/Quest.. load a preset setting inside preset folder.

For the 2nd Question:

You can hot swap between 5 setting without click Class Config and click Load. Just open the Hotkey Config Changer and read the guide.

For example I made 5 setting and keybind it to Alt-1/2/3/4/5

Everytime I need load 1 of these 5 setting, I just have to press Alt-1/2/3/4/5

I've noticed there's no option to turn off spinning crane kick in the WW routine. Is this intentional or is it just something I've missed?

Any thoughts on best setup for WW at the moment? I'm taking serenity as I saw the option for it in Tuanha's interface but seems alot of WW monks are going for Chi Exp. Anyone have a suggestion on best WW setup with Tuanha's routine?

Yup, it fails on Healer Gold at early Wave 5 for me too. My ilevel is 529.

Tried all Possible Glyph/Talent/Stat Combinations, also Stancestyles, did Interrupt every shit myself, it just won't make it past Wave 5, early 6.
You really should take a look into it again.

Hey Tuanha! Just to let you know I got gold healer with your CR a few days. I had to totally disable uplift though and also i cranked up enveloping mist and surging mist to 65 or 70 I forget now. I put soothing at 90% I manually dispelled i lowered detonate chi to 3 targets under 65% and stood in melee range most of the time. I also was interrupting myself when possible and drinking mana tea manually oh and pause the CR when there isn't much damage coming in as to cancel soothing channel and to save that little bit extra mana. Took Xuen and used it when group aoe damage got crazy and chi explosion even though chi explosion talent....I don't think it is working so well atm.

thx for the detailed answer. much apreciated! i know that option and using it. i was just unsure if the "dungeon" or "raid" buttons add extra logic, which is not saved in the settings. now i know

just tested the new update on the CR in a heroic: i love it! much, much, much better!!
