Yes it does. Unless you're at full chi, then it waits till a chi decays and recasts it. If you want to cast RM more often than that OUT OF COMBAT, do it yourself, it's not hard.

Seriously man, it looks like you just unboxed this CR and ran headfirst into a raid with it and you're like OMGWTF IT'S NOT WORKING FIX IT. Learn how a MW works, and then go in and edit the settings to suit your character, playstyle you want, and gear. So far you haven't actually stated any problems, just ways you think the CR should react differently, and guess what? You could fix all of it by changing your settings.

Also FYI, casting RM on CD out of combat if you have no reason to build chi makes it pretty obvious to spot that you're botting.

First debug step show that HB don't call any function on CRs... Not sure why I'm asking Raphus, maybe they changed new mechanic that call PreCombatBuffBehavior.

Omg. I have setted mana tea to stop at 80% and dont stop. i have Uplift setted on 1 ppl at 90% hp and its SLOW. and he cant wait the CHI to decay for cast another rem he have simply to spam it and prespam it first of combat.

I noticed that if you press the "mount" keybinding, it automatically buffs and mount up and follow all the routine,movemente, combat,...

But you need to press manually or move the toon, to "start" or continue.

Well ur right,... REM is sometimes not on Cooldown (with sometimes i mean about every 10-15 cast) cause the CR prefers Uplift or anything else more,.. or ive the feeling that REM will just be used when it ticks out from the first person who got it.
But ur still rightm,... REM has to be on Cooldown everytime. Its our MAINSPELL when ur having 6141+ hastepoint.

100% agree with alagondar47, while you can just pick up the CR and probably do alright in LFR and maybe Flex, you have to know your class and spend the time tweaking it to suit your play-style and character, so many people screaming and demanding tuan to "fix this and fix that" when 90+% of the time it's not a problem with the CR or they have not properly looked into the problem. Showing him respect for the hours he has put into his CR's will help get things done faster than screaming in his face.

On another note, I'm running the most recent Special Edition, my ReM is always on CD and with Mana Tea the CR consumes at the % iv set it to and when healing isn't a priority, it stops channeling when required or when healing becomes a priority again.

I can't comment on slow Uplift reaction cause i have my settings toned down as i like to manual cast uplift specially in certain SoO boss encounters.

ReM, Uplift and Mana Tea problems could also be a result of Tyreal/LazyRaider or whichever botbase you use depending on the settings.

So u can say that on your CR and Settings, EVERYTIME channeling manatea stops before or on 100% and not using/eating all restly stacks, even when the CR reached 100%?

If healing doesn't become a priority before hand it will stop consuming at 100%, at any given time i usually have 5-10 stacks waiting ready to go, Can't say it watch it 100% of the time during raids but I'v never seen it just sitting there consuming stacks passed 100%.

so its still no clear statement from you. get in some raids,. and get more stacks then u can eat and let CR channeling them,.. and maybe repost then^^ or a clear answer if its allready implentent from tuanha would be awesome. but iam refreshing my hole honorbuddy each week and my routines (svn) each day soo :-/

It is a clear statement in the regard that i said I have never seen my CR doing this, I'm not going out of my way to explore it when its performing exactly as I'v set it up to my post was not stating if there was a problem or not, it was stating that the CR is performing exactly the way it was set up to. I'm not saying there may not be a problem but right now I'm not having problems with the consumption of my stacks it consumers when its told it, it heals when its told to. and so far i havn't seen it perform any other way than i'v set it too.

I believe out of the box settings works just fine for SoO, its all dependant on your spirit and your other healers and raids. You gotta tweak it yourself to get the most of it, Bravegi.

Couple things.

I can't comment on "slow uplift" or "not casting RM on CD" because it does for me. Don't know if it's my settings or your computers aren't calculating quickly enough or whatever.

As for the mana tea channeling...you guys realize that like, jumping will cancel a channel, right? And if you're above the threshold for the CR to channel mana tea it won't start again, right? Or like, take 1 step forward. Same thing.

Depends on your ilvl, reforges, gems, enchants, gear, play style and group composition. So if you find a good balanced setting, let us know

These are what i am using for SOO right now 5/14H 25m. I hand cast a lot so if you try these you'll need to tweak them a bit.

My monk is ilvl 551, 7k spi, 33% Crit Unbuffed, 29% Haste Raid Buffed.

ur right,.. but when iam using a BOT and an as specialy a Combaroutine who could do it automatically, why should i jump or movemen myself everytime? Also when u have tested "Oracle Mistweaver" they solved the Problem just with a Box "Stop Manatea channelling when manatea is above ,... %"

so if tuanha's CR would also do it i can more and more handle other things,.. thats why iam using a CR,...

I would like to report that my WW monk no longer using Blackout Kick, I have done a fresh Install of both Tuan and also Honorbuddy but to avail. It was working perfectly yesterday for raiding but as I'm doing Proving Grounds today, I'm noting that I'm sitting on four Chi and not Blackout Kicking. If anyone else has had this issue and has found a way around it please let me know.

Here's the thing. You're not wrong, it could be done. But it's not worth it. For you to notice this and care, you have to be sitting at your computer watching it, so just take a step. If you're going full afk, what do you care? Even if other CRs can (and I'm not doubting that) this isn't really a problem per se, it's a minor inconvenience to you. It's not worth TuanHA's time to "fix" something so trivial when he has multiple CRs to maintain that all can perform heroic raiding levels. The time it would take to code and test something that can be solved by taking a step in game is not worth it when you keep all that other stuff in mind.

If the mana tea channeling thing is really a dealbreaker for you, then use another CR and stop whining about it here. Seriously.

Log please. BoK works for me, so it doesn't seem to be a universal problem. If you provide a log we can potentially see what's causing it for you. If it's an error with the most recent revision of the CR, I'm sure it will be fixed quickly.
