Hey! Does this also include updated NPC list for Proving Grounds? Would be awesome to see.

I have a older PC that's correct but i also tried out other routines where i don't have any performance issues (i am talking freezes here) and by newest release you mean Special Edition? I currently don't own that, tried the free one.
I will try it out again when he releases the updated free version to test it out first, then i see if i upgrade to the special edition.
really looking forward. still using the CR as mw atm and it still rocks for 5.4. i hope you will include jab combo for the meta proc 
and boss specific healing would be nice. those fking adds don't show up in the raidframe. maybe a list where you can edit and add npcs/mobs to heal?

Which adds you talking about? In galakras I didn't even have to heal the adds at all. In immerseus tho def have to heal the slimes
Will it come with unicorns and free ponies too?
But seriously will it work in framelock with all specs?
i haven't see every soo boss yet. but immerseus you have to heal the slimes. and norushen you have to heal the 3 NPCs once you phase to get rid of the coruption.
Oh for norushen just use xuen on the mob and fistweave (I switch to pqr fistweave) and make sure you dispel. I only defeated 6 boss so far

I haven't heard of one report of a ban from PQR, unlike HB lol.

The risk for getting a ban from using PQR is probably allot lower

I'm sorry the Monk 5.4 have been delayed...
I was coding hard on Monk and someone DDOS attack my website, I have to stop to take care about it.
Website working ok now but I suddenly forgot all what I've been coding on
I need 1 more days to complete Monk.
