Since the most recent update(s) the routine is no longer keeping up Necrotic Plague.
Sometimes it will use festering strike but most of the time the debuff drops off and needs to be reapplied.

That auto use on Unholy-Frost, unfortunately not for Blood atm, need more work on it Puzzyfloor.

Just smarter logic holding Runic Power during Breath of Sindragosa.
Conversion, Dark Simulacrum, Death Coil (no Sudden Doom Proc), Raise Ally and Frost Strike will not be used during that time.

tried the new breath rotation out on a dummy, not sure if its just because im not in real raid combat, but its only doing about 200k per breath. i can turn the bot off, spam scourge strike, and get a 400k breath :/ but then again like i said maybe its just because im on the dummy
 
Beyond the dummy I haven't had a chance to try out breath with unholy yet (my main spec) but I'll be giving it a whirl on mythic gruul this week. BUT as blood I'm able to keep 100% uptime on breath for heroic dungeon bosses, and really good uptime on lfr bosses as well. So far well done as always guys :D

Iam in a ChallengeModeBoosts Group and ive to say that iam still using and always reverting to version 49. the one before the bloodboilfix came. cuz its doing much better in dmg on +3 adds in ChallengeModes for me then any other version of yours.

ill just hope u want to check the rotation again on ur own in heroic dungoens to see how its really still outperforming ur curent AoE dps and still doing really good defensiv and heal support.

Hey Thuanha and new assistents ;) Maybe u want to check this post from me again. Same suvivability and still 3-4k dps more (ilvl 645) with version 49.
Iam still using myself the 49er version, just cuz of better rotation.
