TuanHA combat routines; cannot get my free Buddy Store gift key (he won't respond!)

Hey there guys

I purchased TuanHA's current and future Combat Routines pack a long time ago. Now that I am getting back into WoW, I notice it is only supported via the buddy store. The thing is, I can't redeem my gift code because TuanHA won't get back to me via email, skype or PM via the Buddy website.

Does anyone know if he still actively responds to messages or have a possible timeframe when I can expect to hear from him?

It is quite frustrating, as a paying customer, I have waited for 2+ days with no response.

I can confirm that he does send the gift keys. I emailed him and he replied (no it wasnt an instant reply). It took like 48 hours i think.

As a paid** customer.. back when he did his transition to the buddy store he worked endless hours making sure the active people got their keys.. i got mine within a hour.. now that the buddy store is active he doesnt have to be on 24/7 for his profiles to sale.. give him time he is a busy man with one of the most combat routines out... he isnt ignoring you just needs time.

maybe he is busy ? i did ask him 3 days ago and next day i have that key in my mail so maybe he has some life outside of PC ? hope you all will get respond soon

Thanks for the responses guys. I was getting a little worried he doesn't respond any more.

His CR's have always been my favourite and I look forward to seeing what he has done with them in my time on hiatus ;D

I had send him two emails. Be sure to email from the email you used to purchase the original from his store.

I got my keys fairly promptly. He's probably just busy or away.
