This was done long ago. Log into his site. At the top in the middle should be your code along with a link to take you to the HB store. IF this isn't what you see then I can't help you. Many of us have had NO issue with this.

I appreciate that it was done long ago, that you had no problem, & thank you for your response. When I log into his site it says
YOUR GIFT KEYS: please email [email protected] for gift key.

I have emailed, tried to Skype, & sent him private messages within this forum...no response. I am sure he is busy or on vacation (it's allowed). I will wait patiently, but if there is anything I am missing in the meantime that would speed this up would be great to know.

Let give him an advice. I know even someone use Gladiator Suite they still blame on developer. I understand that 1 developer who has thousand of customer and thousand of complain or feedback. Email him, talk to him :)

hey, that isnt my work. The routine is outdatet for the long time. Maybe it would be great for routine developers to make a subscription routines. Something about 3EUR per month. Because it would give the motivation to keep routines updated all the time. And the user can cancel the subscription if he dont like it.

I got him to email me on friday.. but still no luck he emailed invalid key's... so i'm again on the waiting game.

Yeah i just figured that out, I dont frequent these forums often. Any idea how i do that with the website down? I sent Tuanha an email as well as a skype message and request with no response a couple days ago. sadface.

i just recently sent him an email from the address i was registered to his site with and he replied to me with a key within 3 days.
 
Hello there, so i did buy your paladin and death knight routines in the past but i dont know where i can get my key from, honestly i dont remember the email i was registered too on your website, but i do have the reciepts from the paypal email
