a rule to live by, never send gold from one account to another for personal use.

No worries, I do realise that it'll have to be done smartly, like don't do direct transfer with huge amount. Smaller and in stages with considerable time in between - for example.

I'm sure lots of players do this, so it's possible.

Rule 1 : if you like/love your account don't bot on it....

Rule 2 If you don't care if you lose the account then go for it...

Rule 3 decide between rule 1 or rule 2 as simple as that....

I will have separate b'net account to minimise the potential damage

They cant ban everyone, all that lost money would ruin everything. Think they have people they have to answer to, one GM just cant decide to ban 30,000 people.. They would need a proposal to end that many accounts because the money loss that would follow. Its not gonna happen any time soon. They already did it once and guaranteed the returns this year hurt for that

Maybe your right but you never know...its best to be careful rather than not....in any regards I just ignore the message anyway. I did setup the holy spec in tuan to more healing rather than putting it in zero setting which normal.
