This happened to a lvl 25-35 nelf druid while questing in Stranglethorn.
The questing bot works fine until it is about to attack a mob. It approaches the mob, uses rake on it then nothing else. Stands there for ~15 seconds until it loots, proceeds to the next mob and same thing happens again.
Quickly looking through the log it seems like as soon as the mob is attacked singular throws some "null target exception" and then spams errors for 15 seconds until it continues.
