Any help with this at all?. Or is it just a problem among the common problems with the bot atm.

I think it just a common issue right now. Im getting a few random errors where the bot will just stop while questing.

Questing bot doesn't work properly yet, so I'd advice you not to use it unattended or rather not at all.
Until the devs managed to fix the questing part of HB, use Combatbot in conjunction with an addon like Questhelper or similar. It's semi-manual this way.
