trouble looting and running what am i doing wrong?

Where do i go to fix loot picks and pick ups? also what do i need to download to get a1-3 runs

Im new and confused plz help

Also does the arrow ever move or does the bot do all the work? im running as a monk and my arrow ust stays still wouldnt that be easy to detect?????
