Trouble launching HB

When I attempt to launch HB, I receive an error somewhere along the lines of 'The type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.LevelbotSettings' threw an exception.'

If i try to launch anyway, HB doesnt load. Any ideas about a fix?

Follow everything exactly.

I didn't change any files, just attempted to run the bot, are you telling me to reinstall? It has been flawless until I attempted to use it today.

Obviously something changed.
Do a clean install.

clear your settings folder and you should be ok
