Trouble In BG's Not dismounting

Hey! very new to HB and I'm using BGBuddy and a suitable healing CC and I just run around on my horse until I'm hit by the enemy, only then do I start healing :/ anyone know what's wrong? Your probably going to ask for me to gief logs do I just copy and paste the writing in the logs or?
