How long is this issue going to be around for approximately? I never really came across it before thats why im wondering . Thanks
 
You know that message you were required to read before you posted this? The one that you were redirected to before you could browse the forums when you first saw HB close due to this issue...

Maybe you should re-read it.
 
If its too hard to answer like a normal human being for you then maybe dont bother answering at all

Fony but he is just telling you exactly what staff probably will, in that thread it says they will just close any posts regarding the tripwire. So yea re-read it...

It maybe sound rude, but it is true what he told you.
I thought that is was Tony, but one of the mods have said that they would delete all thread tripeware related.

it would be down until it's "safe" again so it would take around the 1-365000 days.

this is because this is the first time that tripeware is activated, but I think it would take around the 2-7 days or so
 
I was wondering if anyone had any reliable accurate information on trip wire other than the fact that it can be accessed anytime. It sounds a lot like a trojan

Bwahaha Ive been playing since beta.. if I didn't have HB Id have shelfed the game by now... I don't care enough to learn nowadays. I need a bot to shoot things for me..

Once upon a time long ago I cared enough to theory craft, make macros, learn rotations, but ill leave that for the chuds these days.. Its either HB or nada for me

Its safe-ish, no more safe than normal. But they wouldn't release an update unless they were sure that it was going to be the same quality as before.
 
its already up, do a clean install of the latest version of honorbuddy.
 
Just for my understanding :
"Tripwire" is that like something specific, or a general term for "they build in some kind of detection" ?
Just curious because everyone uses the term like its something specific ^^
 
HB has something called a Tripwire.

and when Blizzard Catch's the Tripwire is tells hb to shutdown to prevent being detected...

so its HB's safety net so to speak.

thats my understanding of it :)
