"Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between Blizzard Entertainment and the end user. "Soon" will arrive some day, Blizzard does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time. Maybe. Do not make plans based on "soon" as Blizzard will not be liable for any misuse, use, or even casual glancing at "soon." i guess this applies to here aswell :)
 
Is it just me or does Blizzard seem to be striking when pvp bonus events starts, currently Arena Skirmish and comming up soon for Bonus Battlegrounds, last time I was caught was before Bonus Battle Grounds.
 
Likelyhood we will be banned

Hey all what is the likelyhood that we will be banned if we were online when tripwire was activated? I am guessing that it is pretty high. Would transfering all gold my gbank and giving it to a friend be a wise idea in the meantime?

P = 1 - 1/exp(pi*x), where P is the probability you will get banned and x is an unknown. Use this to solve all of your queries on this matter.

After trip wire

Before I even try logging into any accounts after tripwire I did a clean install so far all my accounts are safe lets hope for the best

I purchased a 3 day trial yesterday. And it is great. Today should be day two of the trial, but yes, Tripwire came up to protect our accounts from being banned. If you did enough research on this site, like I did, you will know that it doesn't happen often, that HB is in the process of beating Blizzard's azz in Court, that the max sessions can be taken care of by logging into the HB site and going to your sessions and closing out of them. As far as the few dollars that you put into this, I'd say it is worth it, and upon HB coming back up you should just ask for the time back, they seem polite enough that they would do that, but if not it is only a few dollar investment. I think it is worth it and I will be putting more into this, maybe eventually setup 5 accounts and get a little serious.

Its nice you got an answer, i posted a thread yesterday https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/237014-selling-tripwire-active.html and with close to 1k views not one person thought to comment about my question.

Depends on many things but it is very possible. I am not optimist but that is a risk we all take.
In botting everything is possible, but one is for sure - BAN! Soon or later...

Next time you know there will be a banwave tell us before it happens not after...because anyone can call it after the event and save the devs some headaches:cool:

Sorry I looked and didnt see anything except people saying they were getting the same thing I didnt know what was going on I guess i didnt research far enough. But was kind of short on time.

Something what I have learned from botting is that 80% of banwaves comes when gold is on lowes value at the moment. Gold never be low like now.

If anyone could tell you - before a banwave - that a banwave is coming, they should sell that service.

There hasn't been another banwave yet.

If you don't consider your account banned the moment you attach honorbuddy, you haven't been paying attention the past couple years.

It's inevitable. It's not safe, it will never be safe. If you are just suicide botting then you should know this. If you are botting accounts you enjoy playing with HB, enjoy your time with them before the hammer comes down. It's not as if the pixels mean much, in the end.
