Trinity won't open empowered rift

It's just suddenly, i tried different settings, even re-download trinity.

I have the same problem, enough money, but the rift is not an upgrade.

I don't think this is the case. I do not know how to trigger that back(maybe i keep switching profile, RIFT -> GR -> RIFT). But after switching character, manual opening empowered GR. Close and open DB back, reset some settings. Well if you are lucky, then it back to normal. Otherwise. it will not upgrade your GR.

And It's still happening to me.
