I am using the hydra build so I would like to have the Hydra up in any fight.
How do I set it up to do this?

I'd like the bot to exit Archon if one of my buffs expires and rebuff. Can someone help me out or maybe point me in the right direction. I can't be the first one to ask for something like this.

How are you keeping your Archon up for so long? Mine exits right away? Are you running A3 Champ Hunting?

Haven't tried A3 Champ hunting with Archon so I don't know. I'm doing alkizer runs sometimes it exits archon while in core but in keep its up like 95% of the run.

Try Archon runed with teleport if your dps is high enough. If you run wicked wind with critical mass, your archon should be up for every elite pack or at least get cooldowned during the fight.
Try getting 24% movement speed. 12% isn't fast enough for me. With about 1200 resists and 200k dps buffed in Archon, you should faceroll everything in mp3 and below.

Currently Paragon level 27. Archon uptime is pretty minimal. Unsure if i missed a config about that somewhere. but its up maybe only 15% of the time.
My Character also seems to kite more than actually killing things it seems. even when in archon.

I only run MP0

Electrocute - Forked Lightning
Archon - Improved Archon
Diamond Skin - Crystal Shell
Familiar - Sparkflint
Magic Weapon - Blood Magic

150k dps
3090 armor
Crit Chance 44.50%

Try using this profile for high archon uptime. imho it's the best one for archon, currently running it with my wiz om MP2 with about 5-7 d/h, stats just a bit above yours. Also try changing pickup rules in your giles plugin, so that you'll pickup only high enough gold piles (mine 500+) and best items. And read through the whole topic that i've linked, some usefull settings are inside there. Hope i could help you)

And also @menphis2 you need a weapon with Lifesteal, your LOH + Blood magic is not enough, LOH (even if you have 2k) is not enough for Archon builds. Get your unbuffed AR to 600-700, aim for 40k hp (even if you sacrifice a little DPS), armor is fine.

OH AND A MASSIVE FUCKING POINT - TURN KITING OFF. It sucks. Even with 25% MS it completely sucks.

Yeah kiting was one of my issue, i turned it off and my death per hour is down to 4-5 now. Working on gear a bit more now. Thanks a ton for the tips.

Just turn the slider for kite distance to 0

Archon build (posted in guides section) works the best if you can hit 100k+ dps.

Tal rasha set bonusses are crap, but the amulet and chest are the best items in slot if you've got the cash.

Usually Archon build uses: Magic Weapon, Familiar and an Armor (Energy Armor/Storm Armor/Ice Armor).

'Twas the power that be, higher than me.

The idea is to abuse low cooldown with CM/WW and combine it with the Arcane Destruction rune for Archon.

Ideally the process is:

Activate Archon as usual.
When elites are in range, turn Archon off (same way that you can do manually by right clicking the buff icon).
Use CM/WW to reset cooldown (if needed) and then activate Archon again.
Arcane Destruction rune does 1600% damage, combine that with Arcane blast and a melee hit and all elites within 15yards are dead.

The reason for this is that with lower DPS players, one can effectively 1shot every elite pack you come across, making it a very viable (and cheap) way to bot.

The build works, and also with a few tweaks to the activation criteria for Archon works well with botting. When I was insufficiently geared I used it, but without the option to unbuff Archon it loses a lot of its charm.

Guys, i read all threads but i didnt find a Archon change on GilesTrinity.cs that makes my char cast archane blast all times
Another problem was my character sometimes beeing crazy, im talking this because when in archon form, he stops casting the skills and stays moving to all directions withouth any cast, and die.
If the bot stops and cast desintegrate and spams arcane blast i didnt die because my Life Steal and life on hit.
I need help.
Someone can teach me what changes i need to do?

I used to run the cookie cutter Archon Build and it worked all quite nice before the banwave, I used the Big Red Champion Farming Act3 profile and was around 0-1 death per hour. Lost one account in the banwave and decided to stay off for a bit.

Now I started again using latest DB beta, Tinnkaizer v4.0 profile and Trinity v1.7.1.7 and I average somewhere around 15-18 deaths per hour with top of 54 deaths per hour once lol. My Wizard suddenly started to ignore mobs chasing and hitting him and the combat style is so weird, he is running around and thru mobs just attacking for a second and running around more and so on.

My settings are all the same I only updated DB and changed the profile. I am a bit clueless as of why this happens.
