Trinity loot rules for russian account

Hello fellow botters!
I have searched far and wide for solutions to my problem, but can't seem to find one, so I thought it was time to ask the lots. I am currently running a russian bot, my problem with it is that I currently run on an old version of the loot rules, with all the legendary names changed. This means it picks up tons of shit, and aren't worth the while to run. Is there an easy solution to this problem, or is the only solution to change all legendary names in an updated loot rules?

I have tried that, but it doesn't seem to work properly. Bot just ran 16 hours with a gpm around 600k, not a single legendary picked up, only rare amulets.

[ITEMID] in rules works fine on my side. the trinity setting seems to be ignored.
