Trinity - Barbarian Class

Any chance to improve WW barb? He just wirlwind back and forward at the mobs without making tornados. That make him easy to kill as tornados from Sprint isnt hepling. Make better use of sprint tornados

What about he run around the mobs in circle while he make tornados or something? When i bot i can barely do mp 3-4 but if i play myself i can do mp 8-10 without big trouble

Why does ground stomp behave so stupidly? In half cases it is being used when the first mob enters effect radius and only one mob being stunned. Often bot gives several tries before successful using - animation begins playing, then being interrupted, begins again and again interrupted.

This i'm at a loss about. mine waits for a group to get close, etc. I hardly see it interrupted, but i've used it w/o bot and does the same thing so I'd have to go with blizz's prog glitch? From playing vs botting, the bot drops the % of this happening. I'm also using Giles combat plugin which could be the difference if your not?

I'm using latest Unified GilesPlugin's Unnoficial Updates File.
 
do you guys see 5pc IK as a necessity for low mp use of a WW barb? I'm thinking of starting a barb on my next acct(have 4 monks atm) or any tips from experienced barbs would be great
 
I don't think you need the 5pc IK for any MP, however I do use 5pc IK and can sucessfully farm Act2 MP(7) and Ac1/3 MP(6). It is purely my preference- additional Fury = more tornados = a lot more dps.

It was my understanding that this isn't the norm. Most WW barbs I have seen have low resists and armour - relying on massive dps and lifesteal to survive.

For low MP you can easily get away with using a Stormshield with 10% crit chance, no lifesteal, 1000-1500 LOH. My second barb was doing fine with 60k damage. Just don't expect to farm at an ultra pace.

I"m actually still using the Giles Trinity 1.6.3.4. I tried the lastest one last night and switched back. I don't get stuck as much and it's not as buggy. Put it on before I went to bed, slept 5 hours only to find my barb playing around the stronghold for what seems to be for 4.5 hours. i'll probably update it in a month or so when they get all the bugs straightened out. For now i'm going with the "if your car isn't broke, don't buy a new car" motto on this.

Getting stuck in town is not a Trinity bug, it's a DB one and there's nothing we can do about it unfortunately. I have talked about it with rrrix a few times and believe me when I tell you he's just as annoyed as you with that bug
 
Yep.webp This is what I looked like when I woke up. I know everyone is frustrated with it. Any ideas on the premature ground stomp? Not sure if you can find my build that I posted in the trinity barb from my profile, if need be I can repost it somewhere so you see my setup?
 
I don't thik I could help you even if I took a look at your build.
To have what you want fixed we would need a couple of things first:
1-To make sure the modifications wouldn't screw up other builds, if there any that also use ground stomp
2-To decide exactly what the Ground Stomp routine should do
3-To have someone code that or modify the existing one
 
yeah..i'm not that smart anymore lol. was hoping it was as simple as someone looking at the coding from 1.6.4.3 and this one on it to see if there is a difference.

I'll take a look at that, but I don't remember ever modifying ground stomp

edit: Well, fuck my sister and call me Uncle Fred if both codes aren't identical. Maybe you imagined your problem?

No rush. It's a great build for low-med geared people like me, so i'm just waiting on the gear to drop so I can do top end damage in WW.
 
The code is exactly the same as it has always been, man. If there's something broken it's been that way forever
 
Aw, well that's gayer than a bag of dicks. Tyvm for looking. I'll try some different things with this one and see how it goes.
 
is it possible to make him start doing rend on the targets? I am going with the blood lust rune for sick healing, and sometimes I die just cuz of he prio.s overpower instead :(
