Trinity - Barbarian Class

Question to the guys that are getting 550+ items per hour... (Plzstoplooking, JoeC, etc...) I am running at 90k dps, 1000-1100 @res, 50k hp, and 2-3 deaths per hour. I only average 420-450 tops items per hour what am I doing different are you guys running the full profiles or edited? I understand you guys average 1-2 deaths and have 100+k dps but i figured I should be atleast making 490-500+ an hour.
 
1.6.2 is da bomb, avoidance seems to work close to perfectly.
My S&B barb went from 2 dph to 0 so far (still testing but seems very promising)

Turn down attack range to 5 in trinity, only pick up 63's, don't pick up gold or tomes, and of course have 24 ms with high damage.

What spec are you...? I'm running as WW with a bit less damage (el oh el @ crappy weapons...), <500 AR, and about the same HP, and I'm pulling less than 1 DPH. The suggestion directly above this post is spot-on, too. I only pick up level 63 items (aside from jewelry, of course), no Tomes, etc. and have nice, fast clears.

The only attack range I see in trinity is the one for non-elites, and I would expect here that higher values are better than lower? Or do you mean kill radius in DB?

First and foremost are you WW spec?

Assuming you are, lower your range down to 5-8. At the time, i was looting ilvl 62+ and all gems, all pots and gold so id imagine my iph would be over 600 if i was more stringent (i63 only, no gems except emeralds, and no pots, no gold).

Ive recently changed my profile routine to exclude skycrown & increased me range to 12, everything else is the same. I will post my stats once i get a clean 20+ hr run, hopefully by tonight. The invalid session issues etc have been putting a damper on my tests.

**forgot to add, also disable the WoTB wait timer for Azmodan, you should be able to take him down without it.**

I wanted to say the same, but my bot dies almost every time after using a waypoint when DB simply freezes.

Does this not happen to you?
 
I have just gotten my barb to lvl 60. Wich skills do I use for the best farming in act3?`And what gear should i buy? Right now I have bought gear with strenght, all res, some vitality and critical hit chance. My stats are:

str: ~1800
vit: ~ 1200
armor: 5200
resist: ~450 unbuffed
crit chance ~ 42%
crit damage ~ 300%

rightnow I am using 2 weapons where main weapon is high dps around 1200 with socket and second weapon is around 700 with 900 Loh and socket. Or is it better to have a dualhand weapon with 170 crit damage, socket and 1500 Loh? Do you need Loh for botting? Wich is the best way to go?
 
You can try a WW tornado build with those stats, that's the fastest way to farm.

I haven't had a lot of success duel wielding. Using 1 hand and a shield with high block my barb dies 1-2 times per hour.

I have nowhere near your stats and I'm getting around 550 per hour. WW Barb using the build from the first of this thread. 24% MS bonus. Running an unedited Act 3 Ciggarc Champ profile.

I'm happy to say I have found a fix for this.
Apparently what was happening was that either my firewall or my anti-virus software was having a problem with the IP adress 188.165.14.154:810.
So, I added exceptions to both and everything seems to be running smoothly now!

OKay, but my feeling is that a ww-barb is going to die easy like my monk? Is there like a build wich make the barb really tough so it dosen?t die? I saw something about spamming seisic slam? And what gear should it have then, or what kind of weapons / shield ect. If I am going to use a shield the dps will deacrese beacuse I can?t buy a weapon whit Loh, crit dmg and a socket, they are just to expensive. Thanks for the help from all!
 
Im currently testing around with the legendary Sword Sever as OH on my ww barb. I dropped about 15k dps compared to my current OH (only bought a crappy one with 770 dps) so im running with 85k dps now, but the survivability is insane due to the proc/lifesteal.

Really considering to use this in the longterm, maybe get a 1k+ dps one again.
 
Is it possible to prioritize Sprint over Batlle Rage ?
It seems that my WW barb casts Warcry and then Battle Rage, I'd like him to cast Warcry and then Sprint instead.

yes... this is what i use.. only have 3%ls and 550 loh 2-3 dph with ww dual wield
