Sorry if this was posted before, but I have 2 suggestions which would go a long way to improving Trinity.

1) Add the Grotesque explosions to Avoidance. Please. Their explosions are deadly at high mp's especially when the bot kills 3-4 of them simultaneously and stands in the explosion. Or worse, runs into it.

2) Add Town Portal logic. I'm sure this is a big problem for many users. Char tries to TP with 3-4 mobs around him, gets hit, doesn't fight back and dies. Very very often. Please implement some kind of check/ have the bot kill all enemies in the immediate area prior to opening TP.

I know both of these are possible as they're both features of Funky Trinity. I would do it myself if I had knowledge of coding, but alas I don't :(
 
the only problem i've found is that the function of using WOTB on hard elites. In my case, WOTB does not activate until meeting elites, no matter the function was selected or not selected.

I think you can edit the first entry in the variables section so that your bot doesnt take health globes too often. At least it works for me

I've fixed the health globe stuff - I didn't test this running a single bot, and have a new setting coming for those who are experiencing "OutOfMemoryExceptions" - we're still not sure what the cause of this is but it may be related to pathing around avoidance.

For those of you who are saying "WOTB on hard elites" doesn't work - what exactly do you mean? It's working fine for me, exactly as expected. So what is it doing that you're not expecting, or what is it NOT doing that you're expecting? Please describe, in detail. Saying "XYZ feature doesn't work" says nothing to me.

On UseTownPortal tags...

I'll start on a TrinityTownPortal tag. However, the easiest way to fix this, is to have a Profile creator add a <WaitTimer questId="1" waitTime="1000" /> tag just before every single <UseTownPortal /> tag in their profile.

Here's what happening:
1) you told trinity ignore trash mobs - "always"
2) Demonbuddy waits until Trinity is done with combat
3) Since Trinity is ignoring trash mobs, it thinks its done with combat
4) Demonbuddy attempts to use a Town Portal - the current Demonbuddy town portal tag is made so that it will NOT return to combat, no matter what, and basically pauses the bot while it tries to cast a town portal
5) Trinity is still ignoring trash mobs, because you told it to!

With a <WaitTimer /> tag, this tells Trinity to "clear the area" - it completely disables ignoring trash mobs. So adding a WaitTimer before UseTownPortal will always force clear the area.
 
Yeah I figured the problem is my Trinity ignores packs of less than 6 mobs. I could fix the problem by making it recognize a single mob as a pack, but that'd be more trouble than it's worth. Thank you for the workaround, I trust I'll have enough knowledge to implement it into the profiles I use myself :P

About the Grotesque explosions though, is there some kind of a similar easy workaround for that too? Thx in advance.

EDIT: I found that the Profiles I use (FallenDev Act 1) already have the code you mentioned above. Maybe I should set a higher number instead of 1000, like 5000?

"WOTB on hard elites" doesn't work for me in the way that when this option is not ticked, my barbarian still not using WOTB when killing trash mobs (it does sometimes, but most of the time it won't). One thing for sure is that it definitely activates WOTB when attacking elites. To make sure it is not DB problem, I tried Gilestrinity (1.7.2.13) and WOTB was activated when killing trash mobs (under same setting). Already tried fresh install of DB and trinity. May be I should try to delete some caches or things like this?

Anyways, I choose to stay with 1.7.3.4 because it has more useful function compared to the old version:) thanks again rrrix!!

Other classes work just fine.******* I've already tried uninstall DB, fresh install without any settings files in the folder, with only 1.7.3.4 trinity extracted to the plugins folder. The problems I mentioned still remain there.

Yeah, I mentioned this bug right at the beginning. Hopefully it won't pose much of an opposition in terms of fixing it :P
 
the health globe issue seems not really to be fixed. my barb runs large distances to get globes even at full health. he even forgot a legendary lying on the ground next to him because of this. can we deactivate the globe thing anyhow? because the new version is really awesome with this one exception
 
With DB 316 and Trinity 1.7.3.4 got huge bag. If i am fresh install, do my options in Trinity, save and start bot with hand, all good. Bot if i am after it, use relogger, all options in Trinity by default.
 
Ever since I have updated my game is forcing MP1 for some reason..it is set in the Bot Settings and YAR to MP10..not sure what is going on .. q_q
 
Maybe inside profile's xml files there is value to set MP on startup?
 
Now if you two could find something to go into that "huge bag" you'd be set. ><

I have full IK set and some for want many nat ring and more some if not more... Is this for many Kronpo is want?
 
ok so after fresh install of db and trinity i started my usual run a few hours ago. 750k gold/hr , 1500-1700iph, 0 legs an hour. So I am running mp 9 and got 1 pair of firewalkers :/. In my previous db and trinity i would normally get 3-4 Legs per hour so I am not sure what my prob is. I have set-up trinity identical to my previous version settings and can't see if i have missed anything else?

Any ideas guys?
 
dude....its all freaking random.....you just had bad luck in that hour.
 
Rrrix, how do I make my barb use WOTB at all times when not on CD? I would like it to cast WOTB at all times when not on CD so it can melt trash mobs and elites. With update it only saves WOTB for elites or Trash if you set it to trash only.
